The airline said the decision is linked to the geopolitical situation in the Middle East and noted that conditions remain fluid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SQ494 operates from Singapore to Dubai, while SQ495 operates from <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Dubai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dubai<\/a> to Singapore. Both services are affected by the latest cancellation extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singapore Airlines has advised passengers to check their flight status regularly because other services could also be affected if the regional situation changes. Scoot\u2019s latest advisory was updated on Sept 30, 2026, and confirms the extended cancellation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers affected by the cancellations can request a full refund if they decide not to continue with their travel.
