DUBLIN-<\/strong> Air Canada (AC)<\/a> will begin its seasonal Dublin (DUB) to Vancouver (YVR)<\/strong> service more than a month earlier than originally planned in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The route will launch on 31 March 2027<\/strong>, instead of 2 May, giving travellers from Ireland earlier access to British Columbia for spring holidays, Easter travel and the end of the ski season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air Canada Brings Vancouver Service Forward<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Air Canada has moved forward the start of its seasonal Dublin<\/a> to Vancouver service for 2027, adding more flying opportunities during the spring travel period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first departure from Dublin is now scheduled for 31 March 2027<\/strong>, more than one month earlier than the previously planned 2 May launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The service will initially operate three times per week from 31 March through 2 May<\/strong>. From 3 May<\/strong>, Air Canada will increase the frequency to four flights per week<\/strong>, giving passengers more flexibility when planning trips between Ireland and Western Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The earlier schedule strengthens connectivity between Dublin and Vancouver during a period when demand for leisure travel typically increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier Access to British Columbia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The revised schedule will give Irish travellers an opportunity to reach British Columbia earlier in the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The timing also provides access to the region toward the end of the ski season. Ski resorts across British Columbia generally continue operating through mid to late April<\/strong>, depending on snow conditions and individual resort schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The earlier launch can also benefit passengers planning spring breaks and Easter holidays<\/strong>, providing additional travel dates compared with the original May start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vancouver also serves as a gateway to British Columbia’s major cities, mountain destinations and coastal attractions, making the seasonal route relevant to both leisure and visiting-friends-and-relatives traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air Canada will operate the Dublin-Vancouver service using its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air Canada is also offering services aimed at families travelling on the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
