{"id":157684,"date":"2026-09-15T16:09:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T10:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?p=157684"},"modified":"2026-09-15T13:06:10","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T07:36:10","slug":"jet-airways-sought-500-crore-from-boeing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/2026\/09\/15\/jet-airways-sought-500-crore-from-boeing\/","title":{"rendered":"Jet Airways Sought \u20b9500 Crore from Boeing, NCLT Says Contract Dispute Needs Full Trial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>MUMBAI\u2014<\/strong> The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has rejected the liquidator\u2019s plea seeking a refund of around \u20b9500 crore from Boeing over advance payments for aircraft that were never delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case involved grounded <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/jet-airways\/\">Jet Airways (Ex-9W)<\/a> and was decided by the Mumbai bench of the tribunal on September 11, 2026.
