The crew member\u2019s patience and personal attention turned an ordinary journey into a memorable example of customer care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident took place aboard a Qatar Airways flight from Sharjah (SHJ)<\/a> to Doha (DOH)<\/a>, where passenger Mohammed Afrideen recorded and shared a video of the interaction on Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
