FORT WORTH-<\/strong> American Airlines (AA)<\/a> will introduce its shortest scheduled Airbus A321XLR flight this October, operating between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The one-hour, 40-minute service gives passengers a rare opportunity to experience the airline’s newest long-haul narrowbody aircraft on a short domestic route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Airbus A321XLR will operate as part of a repositioning schedule before continuing from Boston Logan Airport (BOS) to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The service is not intended as a dedicated short-haul deployment. Instead, it serves as an aircraft positioning flight before the same aircraft continues to Los Angeles.
