NEWARK\u2014<\/strong> United Airlines (UA)<\/a> is strengthening its domestic network by adding four regional routes from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), expanding connectivity to communities across Virginia<\/a>, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Nebraska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new services will begin on September 24 and will be operated under the United Express brand using Bombardier CRJ550 and Embraer E175 regional aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest expansion reinforces the airline’s strategy of improving access between smaller U.S. cities and the New York metropolitan area through its Newark hub. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new schedule includes an entirely new route to Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Airport (CHO), while restoring flights to McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS), Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), and Eppley Airfield (OMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

United Adds Four New Regional Routes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

United will introduce daily nonstop service between Newark and Charlottesville, Virginia, marking the first time the airline has connected the two airports directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The route will operate with the 50-seat Bombardier CRJ550, giving travelers in Central Virginia direct access to the New York region<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The carrier will also restore twice-daily flights between Newark and Knoxville, Tennessee. Service to Bentonville, Arkansas, and Omaha, Nebraska, will return with daily Embraer E175 operations, providing additional capacity for both business and leisure travelers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All four routes are scheduled to begin on September 24, further expanding United’s domestic footprint from one of its largest East Coast hubs. The additional services improve travel options for passengers while strengthening regional connectivity across multiple states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
