DOHA-<\/strong> Qatar Airways (QR)<\/a> has filed updated operation plans for the Northern winter 2026\/27 season, keeping reduced frequencies on several routes from Hamad International Airport (DOH). The trimmed service affects Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Los Angeles (LAX), and Miami (MIA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The revised schedule covers travel between 16 September 2026 and 24 March 2027. According to Aeroroutes<\/a>, the initial filing dated 14 June 2026 shows the carrier will hold lower weekly flights on these markets rather than return to full daily service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qatar Airways Four US Routes Stay Below Daily Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Qatar Airways will continue running fewer weekly flights on four United States<\/a> routes during the winter period. The reductions apply to both East Coast and West Coast markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline cuts Doha to Atlanta from 7 to 4 weekly flights, operated by the Airbus A350-1000<\/a>. Boston also drops from 7 to 4 weekly, served by the A350-900.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the West Coast, Los Angeles falls from 7 to 4 weekly on the A350-1000. Miami sees a smaller cut, moving from 10 to 7 weekly flights, also on the A350-1000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
