Flight JQ362 will leave Western Sydney for the Gold Coast at 11 a.m. on October 25, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The low-cost carrier plans to operate up to 14 weekly flights to Melbourne, four weekly services to the Gold Coast, and three weekly flights to <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Brisbane\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brisbane<\/a>. All routes will be served using Airbus A320 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline\u2019s expansion is expected to improve travel options for residents across Western Sydney while increasing competition on key domestic routes. The additional capacity will supplement existing services operating from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launch fares will start from AUD 59 one way to the Gold Coast, AUD 69 to Melbourne, and AUD 75 to Brisbane. The carrier will initially operate four weekly flights to <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Melbourne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Melbourne<\/a> and four weekly flights to Brisbane using QantasLink Embraer E190 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline has introduced promotional fares beginning at AUD 99 one way in economy class and AUD 299 in business class. The carrier expects more than 850 tonnes of freight to move through the facility every week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Western Sydney International Chief Executive Officer Simon Hickey said the airport\u2019s opening will provide greater flexibility for both business and leisure travelers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that the integrated cargo precinct will strengthen air freight capacity while helping local businesses reach domestic and international markets more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airport is currently completing terminal fit-out work ahead of its opening. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Australia\u2019s first major greenfield international airport developed in more than five decades, Western Sydney International is expected to play a central role in supporting future passenger demand, tourism growth, and cargo operations across the Sydney basin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay tuned with us.
