SYDNEY\u2014<\/strong> Taiwanese carrier STARLUX Airlines<\/a> will launch direct flights between Sydney Airport (SYD) <\/a>and Taipei in 2027, creating a second nonstop link between the two cities and expanding travel options between Australia and Taiwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new route will make Sydney the first Australian destination served by STARLUX Airlines (JX). The carrier also plans to extend the service onward to Auckland, strengthening connectivity across the Asia-Pacific region and increasing competition on the Sydney\u2013Taipei market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The STARLUX announcement follows a period of strong international growth for Sydney Airport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
