ABU DHABI\u2014<\/strong> Etihad Airways (EY)<\/a> is expanding its United States footprint with a major capacity increase across two key routes, reinforcing its long-haul network strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The carrier will upgrade flights to Chicago O\u2019Hare International Airport (ORD)<\/a> and Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), improving connectivity between North America and fast-growing markets in Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline will operate double-daily services between Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Chicago from June 15, while Charlotte will see frequencies rise to daily operations after launching earlier in 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
