The route follows the airline&#8217;s Madrid (MAD) launch last year and complements upcoming seasonal service to Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), set to begin on May 11, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these additions, JetBlue will operate up to nine daily nonstop flights between Boston and Europe this summer as part of its JetForward strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JetBlue President Marty St. George called the launch an exciting step in the airline&#8217;s transatlantic expansion. He noted that the Boston-Barcelona connection links two dynamic global hubs and gives customers more choice and value for U.S.-Europe travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanessa Requena, Head of Management Office at Barcelona\u2013El Prat Airport, highlighted strong demand on the corridor. The return Flight B6 346 departs Barcelona (BCN) at 12:50 p.m. and arrives in Boston (BOS) at 3:38 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both cities share deep ties in innovation, life sciences, higher education, and the arts. The route supports leisure, business, and academic travel between New England and Spain&#8217;s Catalonia region.
