BOSTON\u2014<\/strong> JetBlue Airways (B6)<\/a> has launched daily nonstop seasonal service between Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Josep Tarradellas Barcelona\u2013El Prat Airport (BCN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new route, operating through October 25, 2026, marks Barcelona as JetBlue’s (B6) second destination in Spain and seventh city served in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline operates the route on its Airbus A321 aircraft<\/a> featuring the award-winning Mint cabin with fully lie-flat private suites. Introductory one-way fares start at $349 in Core and $1,799 in Mint for Boston (BOS) departures, and from \u20ac399 in Core and \u20ac1,699 in Mint for Barcelona (BCN) departures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue Announces Boston to Barcelona Flights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Barcelona becomes a key addition to JetBlue’s growing transatlantic network from Boston (BOS). The route follows the airline’s Madrid (MAD) launch last year and complements upcoming seasonal service to Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), set to begin on May 11, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these additions, JetBlue will operate up to nine daily nonstop flights between Boston and Europe this summer as part of its JetForward strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue President Marty St. George called the launch an exciting step in the airline’s transatlantic expansion. He noted that the Boston-Barcelona connection links two dynamic global hubs and gives customers more choice and value for U.S.-Europe travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanessa Requena, Head of Management Office at Barcelona\u2013El Prat Airport, highlighted strong demand on the corridor. More than 1.5 million indirect passengers traveled between the U.S. and Barcelona in 2025, including over 59,000 between Boston and Barcelona specifically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Barcelona Air Route Development Committee (BARDC), formed by Aena, the Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council, and the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, supported the route’s launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boston-Barcelona Route Details and Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The daily seasonal service operates on the following schedule, with all times listed in local time zones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flight B6 345 departs Boston (BOS) at 8:04 p.m. and arrives in Barcelona (BCN) at 9:45 a.m. the next day. The return Flight B6 346 departs Barcelona (BCN) at 12:50 p.m. and arrives in Boston (BOS) at 3:38 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both cities share deep ties in innovation, life sciences, higher education, and the arts. The route supports leisure, business, and academic travel between New England and Spain’s Catalonia region. Through Boston, passengers can also connect to JetBlue’s wider domestic network spanning more than 65 destinations with over 130 daily departures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue’s Mint cabin features fully lie-flat private suites and artisan dining curated by acclaimed New York City restaurants. The Core cabin offers complimentary meals from culinary partner Dig Inn, brand-name snacks, and a full selection of beer, wine, and liquor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All passengers across both cabins have access to free, fast, and unlimited Fly-Fi Wi-Fi, along with seatback entertainment screens at every seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue’s Full Boston Transatlantic Network for 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From Boston, JetBlue serves nine European destinations this summer. Year-round routes include Amsterdam (AMS), London Heathrow (LHR), and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seasonal routes resuming in April and May 2026 include Dublin (DUB), Edinburgh (EDI), London Gatwick (LGW), Madrid (MAD), Barcelona (BCN), and Milan (MXP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From New York-JFK, the airline also serves Dublin, Edinburgh, London Heathrow, and Paris with a mix of year-round and seasonal frequencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
