AHMEDABAD\u2013<\/strong> Families of victims from the Air India (AI)<\/a> Flight AI171 crash have formally urged authorities to release the aircraft\u2019s black box data, nearly ten months after the fatal accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident involved operations linked to Ahmedabad, where relatives continue to seek clarity on the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 15 families gathered on Sindhu Bhavan Road to press for the release of cockpit voice recorder (CVR) and flight data recorder (FDR) information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They stated that access to this data is essential to understand the cause of the crash and to achieve long-awaited emotional closure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
