SEOUL\u2013<\/strong> South Korea<\/a> and Indonesia<\/a> have agreed to transfer Indonesia\u2019s first KF\u201121 Boramae <\/strong>fighter jet prototype, bringing the long-running joint fighter program closer to its final stage. Jakarta is expected to receive the fifth single-seat KF\u201121 once the remaining payment is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transfer marks a significant step toward moving the program from development into production. Officials confirmed that the aircraft has already been used in key verification tests, including aerial refuelling, providing Indonesia with a flight-tested platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indonesia Eyes First KF-21 Jet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The agreement was reached during working-level talks in February and confirmed by South Korea\u2019s Defence Acquisition Program Administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
