FRANKFURT-<\/strong> Lufthansa Airlines (LH)<\/a> is expanding availability of its Allegris Business Class product on Boeing 787-9 flights operating from Frankfurt, with bookings opening for most seats starting April 15, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frankfurt (FRA) becomes the airline\u2019s second hub to operate the new cabin extensively, as Lufthansa increases Dreamliner routes and adds more premium seating options for long-haul passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lufthansa 787 with Allegris Class from Frankfurt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lufthansa introduced the Allegris cabin concept in summer 2024 on Airbus A350-900 aircraft<\/a> from Munich, representing a complete redesign across Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class cabins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since October 2025, the airline has also operated Boeing 787-9 aircraft<\/a> from Frankfurt with Allegris interiors. After recent certification progress, 25 of 28 Business Class seats are now cleared for commercial sale, allowing passengers to book these seats for travel beginning April 15, 2026. Three seats remain unavailable until final regulatory approval is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Boeing 787-9 Business Class cabin contains 28 seats in total. While all seats are installed, three remain temporarily blocked from sale pending final certification clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passengers booking Business Class continue to receive complimentary selection of Classic Seats, which provide full access to the new cabin features. Travelers seeking additional comfort may reserve enhanced seats at extra cost, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
