Speaking at the airline\u2019s third-quarter briefing on January 21, he argued that staffing shortages, not infrastructure limits, remain the core cause of delays across French airspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u2019Leary added that weekend absenteeism during the peak schedule has become a recurring issue rather than an exception.
