As per standard safety protocol, the flight crew chose to discontinue the onward journey and return to the departure airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flight tracking data showed the aircraft remained airborne for roughly one hour before making a safe landing back in Delhi at around 1 am on Thursday.
