Authorities reported that no explosives or suspicious items were found during the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the inspection was completed and the threat confirmed as a hoax, the aircraft was relocated to the airport\u2019s General Aviation Facility, according to local media reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aircraft involved was a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, registered as A7-BCG. Planespotters.net data shows the aircraft is approximately 12.5 years old and part of Qatar Airways long haul fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flight QR664 was scheduled to depart Colombo for Doha at 10:15 a.m. local time.
