NEW YORK-<\/strong> JetBlue (B6)<\/a> opens BlueHouse, its first airport lounge, at New York (JFK) Terminal 5 on December 18, 2025. The 9,000 square foot space seats 150 guests and introduces approachable hospitality with New York-inspired design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This lounge advances JetBlue’s JetForward strategy, providing premium perks for transatlantic Mint passengers, Mosaic 4 members, and Premier cardholders at New York JFK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue New JFK BlueHouse Lounge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue (B6) launches BlueHouse as its lounge brand to create a home-like environment. The first location at New York (JFK)<\/a> Terminal 5 covers 9,000 square feet over 2 floors and holds 150 guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It sits across from gate 526. Hours run daily from 5 AM to 10 PM, but on opening day, December 18, 2025, it starts at 8 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design mimics a New York City apartment with Art Deco style, decorative molding, brass accents, and a lobby-style entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Curated local art comes from Statement Of. A mural by Artists for Humanity shows JetBlue (B6) destinations as constellations, styled after Grand Central Terminal’s ceiling. Layers of JetBlue history and New York iconography appear for discovery on each visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephanie Evans Greene, senior vice president of marketing and brand, states: \u201cWe wanted customers to feel like they\u2019re stepping into a warm and stylish New York City apartment filled with character, where layers of JetBlue history and New York iconography can be discovered with every visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just as New Yorkers bring their own personality into a new space, we infused the space with JetBlue\u2019s signature style to feel homey and comfortable when staying in our House.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High-speed Wi-Fi reaches all areas, with power outlets at nearly every seat. Open seating supports socializing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dedicated quiet zones offer a peaceful reset before takeoff. A game room includes JetBlue-branded cards, chess, checkers, and children\u2019s toys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A custom photo booth creates take home mementos. The setup reduces long lines and makes travel feel easier and less stuffy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food and Beverage Selections<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Union Square Events prepares fresh grab-and-go items daily, drawing from New York\u2019s food scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Morning choices include bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches with New York cheddar. Later options feature pastrami on rye and chicken Caesar wraps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beverages come from local partners. Joe Coffee provides barista-made espresso drinks. Dona from Brooklyn supplies specialty chai and matcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Greats of Craft and Please Don\u2019t Tell offer draft beers, local brews, signature cocktails, and artisan wines curated by some of NYC\u2019s top sommeliers. Steven Smith Teamaker contributes teas. Guests can request travel-friendly amenities to ease their journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access Rules and Guest Policies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue limits entry to prevent overcrowding and long lines. Complimentary access begins at 5 AM on December 18, 2025, for these groups\u00b9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Domestic Mint passengers<\/a> within the Americas do not qualify. From February 2026, limited passes go on sale for Mosaic 1-3 members, JetBlue Plus and Business cardmembers, non-transatlantic Mint customers, and annual BlueHouse members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ed Pouthier, vice president of loyalty and personalization, says: \u201cBlueHouse is one of the most significant enhancements we\u2019ve ever made to our loyalty program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
