DUBAI-<\/strong> World’s busiest international airport, Dubai International Airport (DXB)<\/a>, is set to welcome a surge of holiday travelers as Emirates (EK)<\/a> launches month-long holiday dining, curated entertainment, and limited-edition amenities to customers flying from Dubai to destinations worldwide, with each cabin receiving tailored celebrations designed to elevate the onboard journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passengers across all classes will encounter seasonal touches from departure to destination. Emirates has incorporated winter-themed menus, holiday desserts, in-flight entertainment updates, and Christmas-inspired retail options, ensuring consistency between the airline\u2019s lounges, A380 Onboard Lounge, and long-haul in-flight service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Festive Dining Onboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Emirates has redesigned its December menus to reflect global holiday traditions. Customers in all cabins will receive festive hot chocolate between 17\u201326 December, while Dubai-bound travellers from 24\u201326 December will enjoy complimentary seasonal snacks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In First, Business and Premium Economy, menus feature dishes such as salmon gravadlax, pickled herring, smoked salmon with crab mayonnaise, and classic roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing and truffle potato gratin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New regional creations, including duck confit in cranberry jus li\u00e9 and herb-crusted lamb shank, add culinary variety on select routes. Desserts range from festive mousse cakes to fruit cake and a strawberry-and-cream Santa served exclusively in First Class. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Economy travelers will have their own holiday entr\u00e9e of roasted turkey with roulade and maple-roasted parsnips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the A380 Onboard Lounge, customers will find mince pies, stollen, festive macarons, ginger profiteroles and a signature holiday sandwich featuring turkey, roast beef and cheddar. Seasonal selfie props offer additional holiday flair for those wishing to capture the celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lounges and Global Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From 15\u201331 December, Emirates\u2019 First and Business Class lounges in Dubai will introduce winter-inspired menus that include roasted turkey, glazed chestnuts, gingerbread beverages and handcrafted canap\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Champagne program will feature Mo\u00ebt & Chandon Ice Brut, Ice Ros\u00e9, and Grand Vintage 2016 paired with fruit sorbets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worldwide lounges\u2014from Asia to Europe and Africa\u2014will incorporate region-specific holiday dishes prepared to reflect local tastes. Visitors can also enjoy classic treats such as mince pies, homemade apple pie and specialty hot chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline will further enhance its First and Business wine lists, debuting Dom P\u00e9rignon Pl\u00e9nitude 2 2006 along with rare selections such as Montrachet Grand Cru 2013 and Ch\u00e2teau Montrose 2005. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premium Economy and Business Class customers will also receive upgraded wine options, including regional reds and sparkling varieties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entertainment and Seasonal Shopping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Emirates\u2019 award-winning ice system will feature 39 holiday movies and 42 Christmas specials, giving travelers access to films such as The Holiday, Elf and Tinsel Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music playlists from artists including Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Sam Smith support the seasonal mood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For onboard shopping, the EmiratesRED Winter 2025 catalogue includes more than 300 products with the option to pre-order up to 40 hours before departure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers receive a 10% discount using the code RED10. The Emirates Official Store also offers themed apparel, pyjamas, decorations and seasonal mugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
