The DGCA confirmed that a Volcanic Ash Advisory and an ASHTAM had already been released by the Toulouse VAAC and the Airports Authority of India. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Airlines were instructed to avoid affected regions and altitudes until further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advisory also directed operators to revisit operational manuals related to ash encounters.
