The collaboration is now being rolled out across Delta One and domestic first-class cabins beginning November 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers departing from major U.S. airports in Atlanta, Los Angeles, inflight menu includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner options designed by Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s\u2019 culinary team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breakfast choices will feature a Spanish tortilla with pisto manchego, while lunch and dinner offerings will include braised beef short rib with smoky pepper sauce, Spanish-style braised chicken thigh with celeriac-potato pur\u00e9e, and stuffed piquillo peppers filled with goat cheese and mushrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dishes will debut across Delta\u2019s domestic first-class network before being introduced to select Delta One international routes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From November, the Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s menu will be served on flights departing from major airports such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/seattle-airport\/\">Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By January, additional cities, including Boston (BOS), Experience, the collaboration with Andr\u00e9s reflects the airline\u2019s focus on enhancing the passenger experience through thoughtful dining. She was quoted in <a href=\"https:\/\/thepointsguy.com\/news\/delta-air-lines-food-jose-andres-qanda\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Points Guy as having said<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00a0&#8220;&#8230;it&#8217;s really about carefully curating dining experiences that get customers excited and really how we make them feel like they&#8217;re dining in a sky-high restaurant versus that traditional airline catering.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;&#8230;.emphasizing that each dish underwent extensive testing to ensure flavor integrity at 30,000 feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline\u2019s team worked closely with Andr\u00e9s\u2019 chefs to adapt recipes for in-flight conditions, ensuring consistent quality while maintaining the authenticity of each dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delta\u2019s culinary strategy is built on its \u201clisten, act, and refine\u201d approach \u2014 introducing new offerings, collecting passenger feedback, and then expanding based on results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not the first time Delta has partnered with well-known culinary names.
