ATLANTA\u2014<\/strong> Delta Air Lines (DL)<\/a> is taking inflight dining to new heights with the introduction of menus crafted by celebrity chef Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s. The collaboration is now being rolled out across Delta One and domestic first-class cabins beginning November 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passengers departing from major U.S. airports in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York will experience new Spanish-inspired dishes curated to bring restaurant-quality dining to the skies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delta Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s New Menu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delta Air Lines\u2019 new inflight menu includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner options designed by Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s\u2019 culinary team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast choices will feature a Spanish tortilla with pisto manchego, while lunch and dinner offerings will include braised beef short rib with smoky pepper sauce, Spanish-style braised chicken thigh with celeriac-potato pur\u00e9e, and stuffed piquillo peppers filled with goat cheese and mushrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dishes will debut across Delta\u2019s domestic first-class network before being introduced to select Delta One international routes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
