NEW SOUTH WALES-<\/strong> Qantas Airways (QF)<\/a> has unveiled a refreshed in-flight menu across its domestic network, emphasizing Australian-sourced ingredients and boosted partnerships with local food producers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative, launching in the carrier\u2019s economy and business cabins, promotes nearly 70 new and updated items and is set to enhance the travel experience for passengers flying into and out of hubs like Sydney Kingsford Smith\u202fAirport (SYD)<\/a> and other major Australian cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qantas New Domestic Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new menu features a six-week rotation cycle, ensuring return flyers are less likely to encounter the same meals on consecutive trips. Items span both economy and business class cabins<\/a>, and have been curated to showcase regional tastes and local producers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rollout forms part of Qantas\u2019 broader strategy to support Australian food-production businesses, including First Nations-owned suppliers, while offering greater variety for frequent domestic travelers. It also reinforces the airline\u2019s commitment to culinary excellence on board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, economy selections include an egg & chorizo toastie with smoky tomato chutney and a macadamia butterscotch cake, while business class dishes offer garlic prawns with parmesan cream and fettuccine or lamb & rosemary pie with crisp potatoes and peas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
