Air India (AI) cited an \u201cextended technical requirement\u201d as the reason for canceling flight AI138 from Milan (MXP) to Delhi (DEL)<\/a> on October 17. The airline emphasized that the decision was taken to prioritize the safety of all passengers and crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cancellation disrupted the Diwali travel plans of hundreds, as the next available flights were scheduled after the festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
