These aircraft will replace part of the German Air Force\u2019s aging Panavia Tornado fleet, which is set to retire over the next decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Eurofighter will feature the E-Scan radar system and the Arexis electronic warfare suite, developed by Sweden\u2019s Saab, significantly enhancing detection, tracking, and electronic warfare capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These upgrades will boost Germany\u2019s ability to secure NATO airspace and conduct both defensive and offensive missions with higher precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201cThis new order is further proof of the Eurofighter\u2019s importance to the German Air Force and the strategic role it plays in our country\u2019s air defence and NATO capabilities.
