FORT WORTH\u2014<\/strong> American Airlines (AA)<\/a> will debut a special Flagship livery on a Boeing 777-300 (N735AT) in November, marking a major milestone ahead of the airline\u2019s centennial celebration next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refreshed aircraft, named Flagship DFW<\/em>, will feature a heritage-inspired exterior and an upgraded cabin with the new Flagship Suite\u00ae seats, Premium Economy, and enhanced Main Cabin features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

American Airlines 777 Centennial Livery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With six months until its official 100th anniversary, American Airlines is reintroducing an iconic design rooted in its history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Flagship livery combines the airline\u2019s original Silver Eagle\u00ae color with the distinctive orange lightning bolt motif that first appeared nearly 90 years ago on the Douglas DC-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retro-inspired design is more than aesthetic nostalgia\u2014it connects American\u2019s pioneering past with its global presence today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The livery celebrates the journey from its early DC-3 routes to the airline\u2019s extensive international network, flying to destinations across Australia, Japan, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Named Flagship DFW<\/em> in homage to its Dallas\/Fort Worth (DFW)<\/a> hub, the aircraft also carries a historic roundel featuring the eagle connecting the world, symbolizing American\u2019s legacy and reach to over 350 destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
