HOUSTON\u2013<\/strong> Avelo Airlines (XP)<\/a> has placed a firm order for 50 Embraer (ERJ) E195-E2 aircraft, with purchase rights for 50 more. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the first half of 2027, supporting the airline\u2019s plan to expand affordable and convenient travel across the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This order, valued at US$4.4 billion at list prices excluding purchase rights, marks Avelo as the first U.S. carrier to operate the E195-E2. The aircraft will join its existing fleet of Boeing 737NGs, bringing efficiency and network flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
