For those starting, the official Turkish Airlines pay scale begins at roughly \u20ba50,000 per month (around US $1,200), rising up to \u20ba100,000<\/strong> as they gain their first years of experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With time and added responsibility, senior cabin crew can earn between \u20ba100,000 and \u20ba160,000 monthly (up to about US $4,600)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking at salaries by experience gives a clearer idea of progression. A new entrant with under two years may earn about \u20ba56,000 monthly<\/strong>, but this rises steadily to \u20ba72,000 after five years, \u20ba100,000 after a decade<\/strong>, and more than \u20ba140,000<\/strong> per month beyond two decades of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
