DELHI-<\/strong> A SpiceJet (SG)<\/a> flight from New Delhi (DEL) carrying over 200 passengers made an emergency landing on Friday after the crew reported a technical issue mid-air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aircraft, operating as SG 385, was en route from New Delhi (DEL)<\/a> to Srinagar (SXR) with 205 passengers and seven crew when it experienced a sudden altitude drop. Despite the scare, the flight landed safely at Srinagar Airport at 3:27 pm with no injuries reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident unfolded when the aircraft, a SpiceJet (SG) narrow-body jet, reported a rapid change in cabin altitude during its descent into Srinagar. This triggered a cabin altitude warning and caused a brief drop in altitude, leading to panic among passengers, including four children on board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to officials, the flight crew immediately followed standard operating procedures and requested priority landing clearance. Air traffic control in Srinagar granted the request, allowing the aircraft to make a safe landing without further complications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
