The event, captured in a striking time-lapse video, unfolded on Monday evening during Arizona\u2019s monsoon season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/faa\/\">Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)<\/a> issued a temporary ground stop at Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), delaying more than 100 flights.
