Out of this funding, $50 million will immediately be directed to its credit card payment processing vendor to prevent termination of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Florida-based ultra-low-cost carrier faced a looming deadline, as its vendor had warned that the agreement would be terminated in December unless additional collateral was provided.
