DUBAI-<\/strong> Chase Ultimate Rewards will remove Emirates (EK)<\/a> Skywards as a transfer partner on October 15, 2025. This means members have only a limited time to transfer points to Emirates before the partnership ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Emirates flights operate out of Dubai International Airport (DXB), Chase customers will still have access to other airline and hotel partners with no changes to the 1:1 transfer ratio. Unlike Citi and Amex, which reduced transfer rates, Chase maintains parity across its programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chase Ends Emirates Skywards Transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Chase\u2019s decision reflects the limited value Emirates Skywards<\/a> provides to most members. Emirates Skywards miles are primarily useful for upgrading business to first class, but they come with high surcharges, complex restrictions, and inflated award pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reported by View from the Wing<\/a>, other programs such as Qantas Frequent Flyer often offer better redemption rates on the same Emirates routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For everyday travelers, Emirates loyalty has little appeal beyond marketing value to premium flyers. By contrast, Chase\u2019s other airline partners provide broader and more competitive redemption opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
