affected hubs, with changes made to safeguard passengers amid hazardous weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cathay Pacific Airways (CX) halted all Hong Kong (HKG) operations from 5 am to 6 pm, with Singapore Airlines (SQ) and Scoot (TR) also suspending and rescheduling flights between Singapore (SIN), Hong Kong (HKG), Shenzhen (SZX), and Macau (MFM) due to safety protocols and regional authorities&#8217; Airlines, Cathay Cancel Flights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As Typhoon Wipha reached Southeast China, airlines issued swift responses to minimize passenger risk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Singapore Airlines (SQ)<\/strong>\u00a0cancelled two outbound flights from Changi Airport (SIN) to Hong Kong (HKG) on July 20: SQ874 and SQ882.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three inbound flights from Hong Kong (HKG) to Singapore (SIN) were cancelled: SQ899, SQ875, and SQ883.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two services, SQ892 (SIN to HKG) and SQ893 (HKG to SIN), were rescheduled to depart two hours later than originally planned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Singapore Airlines (SQ) also cancelled two flights connecting Singapore (SIN) to Shenzhen (SZX): SQ856 and SQ857.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scoot (TR)<\/strong>\u00a0suspended services between Singapore (SIN) and Macau (MFM): TR904 and TR905.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cathay Pacific Airways (CX)<\/strong>\u00a0suspended all flights arriving at and departing from Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) from 5 am to 6 pm on July 19.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Affected airlines have committed to assisting customers with rebooking options or full refunds upon request, <a
