KUWAIT CITY\u2014<\/strong> Popular aviation YouTuber Nonstop Dan faced a disturbing inflight experience aboard Kuwait Airways (KU)<\/a>, where he was allegedly threatened for filming during his first-class flight from Bangkok (BKK). The incident escalated from a crew dispute to police involvement, sparking public attention after Dan\u2019s video went viral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kuwait Airways (KU), headquartered in Kuwait City, has since issued a rare and direct apology in response to the controversy. The airline\u2019s leadership, including its Chairman, acknowledged the misconduct and committed to a formal investigation into the incident, OMAAT<\/a> flagged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kuwait Airways Issues Apology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the aftermath of the viral video, Nonstop Dan\u2014known for his candid airline reviews\u2014shared updates revealing a series of formal communications from Kuwait Airways (KU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initial email came directly from the airline\u2019s Chairman and President, expressing deep regret over the \u201cunacceptable behavior\u201d of both the cabin crew chief and ground staff at Bangkok\u2019s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chairman\u2019s message emphasized accountability, stating that such incidents tarnish the reputation the airline has built over its 70-year history<\/strong>. The response went beyond corporate formalities; the language and tone suggested a personal effort rather than a standard PR-crafted message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shortly thereafter, Dan also received a private message from a member of Kuwait\u2019s royal family. While its contents were not fully disclosed, Dan described the outreach as \u201cexceptional,\u201d further reflecting the seriousness with which the matter was taken at the highest levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
