The accused, 21-year-old Ishaan Sharma, was taken into custody at Miami International Airport (MIA) and charged with battery by the Miami-Dade Sheriff\u2019s Office. Frontier Airlines (F9) has not issued a formal statement regarding the in-flight disturbance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frontier Passenger Arrested<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The confrontation occurred toward the end of Frontier flight F91203, originating from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)<\/a>. According to police reports, Sharma allegedly assaulted another passenger in what the victim described as an “unprovoked attack.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident unfolded as Sharma was returning to his assigned seat and allegedly grabbed the other passenger by the neck, leading to an exchange of punches between the two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharma sustained a visible injury to his left eyebrow, requiring medical treatment. The victim reportedly suffered superficial cuts but declined medical assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following medical clearance, Sharma was transferred to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and is currently held on $500 bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
