A minimum COI of 5.5% unlocks the full raise; a lower margin results in a reduced, but guaranteed, increase of at least 0.5%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>KLM (KL) aims to use this proposal as a foundation to secure agreements across all unions.
