These jets currently feature reverse herringbone seats but will soon be outfitted with Delta One Suites, aligning with newer models like the <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=A330\">A330-900neo<\/a> and A350.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the retrofit timeline spans several years, it marks a strategic move to unify Delta&#8217;s premium product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, not all aircraft will see upgrades. The Boeing 767-400s will retain their existing suites without sliding doors, and the 767-300s\u2014already refreshed with newer screens and upholstery\u2014are being phased out entirely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delta plans to replace them with factory-new Airbus A330-900neo and A350 aircraft, each delivered with Delta One Suites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the A350 fleet, Delta is standardizing its configurations. The outdated \u201c35L\u201d layout, inherited from LATAM, lacks Premium Select and uses a 2-2-2 business-class format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These jets will be converted to the &#8220;35H&#8221; configuration, featuring 40 Delta One Suites, fewer Premium Select seats, and reduced economy class capacity.
