All affected individuals were later discharged. Despite the onboard health concerns, the <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=787\">Boeing 787 aircraft<\/a> landed safely in Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medical teams were deployed on the ground, and those who continued to feel ill were transported to the airport\u2019s medical room for further assessment. A London-bound Boeing 787 from Ahmedabad crashed shortly after takeoff, killing 241 of 242 people on board and more than 30 on the ground. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau is currently probing the cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DGCA\u2019s final warning underscores its zero-tolerance stance: any future violations related to crew scheduling or licensing may result in severe penalties, including full suspension of Air India\u2019s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to the DGCA\u2019s enforcement actions, Air India stated that the three officials named in the regulator\u2019s order have been relieved of their duties.
