BOLIVIA-<\/strong> Boliviana de Aviaci\u00f3n (BoA), the national airline of Bolivia, is gearing up to launch a new long-haul service. The airline plans to connect Santa Cruz de la Sierra (VVI) to Washington D.C.<\/a> in 2025. The airline plans to operate the route twice weekly. This marks a long-anticipated move to expand its presence in North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specific launch dates and final route information are still to be confirmed. Based on BoA\u2019s operational history, the flight may either be nonstop or include a stopover\u2014possibly in Miami or Panama\u2014as the airline has done with previous U.S.-bound services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BoA will have competition from other carriers such as Copa, Avianca, and United. These carriers already offer connecting services between the U.S. and Bolivia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
