GURUGRAM-<\/strong> Tata Group-owned Air India (AI)<\/a> has announced temporary reductions in its narrowbody flight schedule, impacting both domestic and regional international services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The changes, effective until at least 15 July 2025<\/strong>, affect flights departing from key cities including Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM)<\/a>, Bengaluru (BLR), and Pune (PNQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite these service cuts, Air India (AI) will continue to operate nearly 600 daily flights<\/strong> across its narrowbody fleet, covering over 120 domestic and short-haul international routes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The move is aimed at improving overall network reliability and reducing last-minute disruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air India\u2019s decision includes a less than 5% reduction<\/strong> in narrowbody operations. This involves full suspension of three routes<\/strong> and frequency cuts on 19 other routes<\/strong>, all intended to bolster schedule integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These measures follow earlier cuts in widebody international services, signaling the airline\u2019s broader strategic recalibration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
