TAROM Airlines (RO) and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) were involved in a serious in-flight incident on a Boeing 737 operating to Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP).

According to a slot swap request form from Airport Coordination Ltd, Romanian national carrier Tarom (RO) appears to be transferring its slot times at London Heathrow Airport to Qatar Airways (QR).
