Southwest Airlines New Policy

When Southwest Airlines (WN) announced it would end its long-standing “Bags Fly Free” policy earlier this month, frequent flyers were quick to express frustration.

Southwest Airlines (WN), long known for its open seating policy, will launch assigned and premium seating beginning January 27, 2026.
