QantasLink (QF) has confirmed plans to shut its pilot and cabin crew bases in Hobart (HBA), Canberra (CBR), and Mildura (MQL) from April next year.

Qantas Group-backed QantasLink (QF) final Boeing 717 completed its last commercial flight today (October 26, 2024), landing in Canberra at 18:00, concluding a significant chapter in Australian aviation history.

Qantas disclosed information about Airbus A220 interior (cabin) and specifying when the jet is anticipated to commence its service.

The next-generation QantasLink A220s are intended to gradually replace the current Boeing 717s operating on flights throughout Australia.
