PM Narendra Modi is all set for his Bihar-Jharkhand visit on Tuesday and he will unveil developmental projects of more than ₹16,800 crores in Deoghar, including the inauguration of an airport, for which the Prime Minister had laid the foundation stone in Jharkhand on May 25, 2018. Notably, the Deoghar airport will be the second international airport in Jharkhand after Ranchi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Deoghar in Jharkhand next week on July 12 to lay the foundation stone for various developmental projects worth more than ₹16,000 crores. Prime Minister will inaugurate the much-awaited Deoghar Airport, which has been constructed at an estimated price of approximately ₹400 crores, as per a release shared by the Prime Minister’s Office.
According to airport sources, BIAL had requested Modi to do the honors for the Rs 13,000-crore terminal. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has consented to announce the opening of the second terminal of the city’s Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) in the first week of October.
While the Indian Navy’s shore-based trial facility in Goa has already performed flight test trials of the French Rafale-Marine alternatives, the testing of the US F-18 super hornet is slated to be completed by June 15.
