Emirates Hiring Technicians in India
Emirates is hosting in-person information sessions to engage directly with India’s aviation talent pool, one of the fastest-growing in the world. The roadshows form part of a broader recruitment plan to onboard 17,300 professionals across 350 roles during the current financial year.
At these sessions, candidates can interact with Emirates recruiters, engineers, and managers to understand role requirements, salary structures, benefits, and long-term career growth. Registration is mandatory and available through the Emirates Group engineering careers portal.
Aircraft technicians at Emirates support maintenance activities on both Emirates-operated and third-party aircraft. The role involves working under the supervision of licensed aircraft engineers across line and base maintenance tasks.
Candidates must hold an approved apprenticeship in commercial aircraft maintenance or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The position offers exposure to the world’s largest fleet of widebody aircraft, including Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 types.

Investment in Dubai World Central Engineering Facility

Spanning one million square metres, the facility is designed to support Emirates’ fleet and operational needs into the 2040s.
It will handle a full range of services, including routine and heavy maintenance, engine repair and testing, bespoke paint work, cabin interior fit-outs, and aircraft conversions. The site will also serve as a regional centre of excellence for commercial aviation engineering.
