SYDNEY- Qantas (QF) elevates First Class experience on A380 flights from Sydney (SYD) with signature dishes from Neil Perry’s Margaret restaurant and exclusive Aesop amenity kits. Enhancements roll out progressively across the international network from December 2025.

Qantas New A380 First Class
Qantas (QF) introduces a suite of upgrades to its A380 First cabin as part of ongoing investment in customer experience.
New onboard partners join the airline. Customer insights and in-flight trials shape every detail. The Flying Kangaroo launches these changes progressively from December 2025.
Passengers on flights from Australia taste dishes from Neil Perry’s awarded Margaret restaurant in Sydney (SYD). Qantas Creative Director of Food and Beverage Neil Perry curates the menu with Australian producers nationwide.
Menu highlights include:
- Margaret’s tartare of yellowfin tuna with gochujang, toasted sesame, and baby cos.
- Roasted Wollemi duck with orange caramel, crisp Chinese greens, golden sesame, and jasmine rice (GF).
- Crumbed Margra lamb cutlets with shaved fennel, pine nuts, rocket, salsa verde, and lemon.
- Neil Perry’s Gran Torino Torta Di Verona with Amaretto and toasted almonds.
Award-winning Australian wines pair with expanded cocktails. Signature pours feature Bollinger La Grande Année 2015 and Pommery Cuvée Louise 2006.


Exclusive Aesop Amenity Kits
Three collectable designs created exclusively for Qantas (QF) First hold premium Aesop products. New navy Qantas-designed pyjamas and loafer style slippers ensure in-flight comfort.
Amenity kits contain:
- Aesop Resurrection Hand Balm – 15ml.
- Aesop Rinse-Free Hand Wash – 50ml.
- Aesop Cedar & Citrus Lip Salve – 9ml.
- Aesop Toothpaste – 10ml.

On-Demand Service and Routes
The Flying Kangaroo focuses on jetlag mitigation and in-flight wellness ahead of groundbreaking ultra-long-haul Project Sunrise flights. First, customers opt for on-demand dining throughout the journey to maximize rest.

Qantas First operates on A380 services to Singapore (SIN), London (LHR), Los Angeles (LAX), Johannesburg (JNB), and Dallas (DFW). Enhancements reach the full network by mid-2026.
