ALBERTA- The WestJet (WS) Group has announced an expansion of its network, adding new services to Tulum (TQO), Mexico, and Grenada (GND) in the Caribbean, strengthening its extensive leisure offerings for the winter season.
The airline is also increasing its transborder services with new flights from Vancouver (YVR) and Winnipeg (YWG) to Fort Lauderdale (FLL), FL.

Flights to Tulum and other Cities
The launch of service to Tulum’s new international airport from Calgary and Toronto strengthens WestJet’s status as Canada’s premier airline for travel to the Riviera Maya.
Alongside this robust schedule, WestJet Vacations will offer packages to 35 major hotels near Aeropuerto Internacional de Tulum Felipe Carillo (TQO).
This winter, WestJet will also introduce weekly flights from Kelowna to Mazatlán and from Winnipeg to Los Cabos.

New Flights from Toronto
Opening new opportunities for Canadians to explore Grenada, known for its spices, beaches, and waterfalls, WestJet will offer weekly service between Toronto and Grenada this winter.
These flights will be well-timed for connections across Western Canada and will be available for sale in the coming weeks, with service running from November 3, 2024, to April 27, 2025.

Enhancing Flights to the United States
With the largest narrowbody fleet order in Canada, the WestJet Group is expanding its transborder services, adding once-weekly flights to Fort Lauderdale, FL, from Vancouver and Winnipeg starting in November.

Additionally, as previously announced, WestJet will enhance connectivity to major Delta Air Lines hubs with year-round service from Edmonton to Atlanta and Regina to Minneapolis. Canadians will also benefit from year-round flights from Edmonton to Ottawa and Montreal, and from Winnipeg to Montreal.
