CHENGDU- Sichuan Airlines (3U) plans to resume flights to the United States beginning November 24. The airline aims to offer two flights per week connecting Chengdu (TFU) and Los Angeles (LAX) using their Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
As of November 2023, Sichuan Airlines operates flights to 109 destinations within China and 26 international destinations across 19 different countries.

The route from LAX to TFU will include a technical stop in Hangzhou (HGH).
The Chengdu-based airline has a fleet of five Airbus A350-900.
It’s important to note that these plans are contingent on approval from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), reported Ishrion Aviation.
