American Airlines Appeals to Court over Its New Merger with JetBlue

NEW YORK- JetBlue (B6) announced today its decision to terminate the Northeast Alliance (NEA) with American Airlines (AA) following a court ruling against the alliance.

American Airlines (AA) has filed an appeal against a court ruling that invalidated its “Northeast Alliance” (NEA) partnership with JetBlue Airways (B6), as announced by the airline on September 25th.
