BRISBANE- Flag carrier Nauru Airlines (ON) has proudly revealed its first and innovative Boeing 737-800F freighter aircraft, marking a significant moment in Australian aviation history.
This remarkable aircraft, a pioneering addition to the Australian aviation landscape, is currently stationed in the Brisbane Airport (BNE) hangar.
Nauru Airlines Adds New Boeing 737-800F
A testament to the airline’s continuous growth and expansion efforts throughout the years, introducing the new-generation Boeing 737-800F into its fleet brings immense satisfaction.
His Excellency Russ Kun, the President of the Republic of Nauru, expressed his excitement at Nauru Airlines becoming an integral part of Australia’s aviation history.
The airline’s ownership of the inaugural B737-800 freighter in Australia, with the capacity to transport over 23.9 tons of cargo across considerable distances, is truly noteworthy.
In commemoration of this accomplishment, Nauru Airlines will extend invitations to clients, industry associates, employees, and members of the Nauruan community for two special events scheduled during the initial weekend of August.
The President of the Republic of Nauru, His Excellency Russ Kun, will be in attendance. Further accompanied by the First Lady, Madame Kun, alongside the ministers of the Nauru government, Board Members, and esteemed stakeholders.
Dr. Kieren Keke, the Chairman of the Board of Nauru Airlines, emphasized that these upcoming events will serve as a joyous occasion, marking the advent of new beginnings.
They will also allow partners and clients to witness the fresh prospects that Nauru Airlines is poised to offer.
