IndiGo airline Flights commencing from September 01, 2021 will connect Gwalior to Delhi and Indore a bid to strengthen regional connectivity, budget airline major IndiGo announced Gwalior as its 70th domestic destination on Monday.

In a statement, IndiGo airline said that direct connection with Gwalior will also strengthen the city’s overall air accessibility across India through the ‘6E network’.
Commenting on the development, Sanjay Kumar, Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer, IndiGo, the airline said: ” We are pleased to continue the expansion of our regional network with Gwalior as the 70th 6E destination.
The increased accessibility will not only enhance tourism but also promote trade and commerce in the region. We are committed to offering an affordable, on-time, safe, and hassle-free travel experience onboard our lean, clean flying machines’.

The winter capital of Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior, is known for its beautiful forts, temples, tomb, museum, and palaces.
